The gift voucher must be presented for validation on arrival.
The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
The gift voucher credit will expire 12 months from date of issue.
The gift voucher is issued by Re:Vision and redeemable for services provided only at Re:Vision.
Should the gift voucher holder not be suitable for the recommended procedure, a refund will be provided.
Private information gathered during the purchase of the gift voucher will be kept private and confidential and will not be shared with third parties.
The cost incurred to post the gift voucher will be for Re:Vision, not the purchaser or the intended recipient of the voucher.
We do not collect any credit card information in the purchase of a gift voucher online. This information is collected and used by Shopify.
