Christmas, mid-winter gatherings, and days of festivities at our Christmas Countdown in December. Look out for our Friday evenings with snacks and beverages on us at the end of a busy fulfilling week! To recognise your hard work throughout the year, we also feel it is appropriate to give each staff member a sizable Christmas Bonus to finish off the year on a high with their families.

Patients often ask us ‘What’s the story behind everyone wearing red shoes?’. There is no real story, we just do things differently and have fun doing it. We respect individuality, so staff can choose anything they are comfortable in, from trainers to heels, as long as they are red and suit their personality!
Dr Trevor Gray set up Re:Vision Laser & Cataract in 2018 with the skilled help of his hand-picked team of eye-care professionals. He wanted to design and create a modern purpose-built boutique clinic & surgery centre of excellence for LASIK and cataract surgery. The whole focus of this facility was to provide exceptional customer service, using the very latest equipment, to achieve exceptional outcomes; all delivered by a happy team of experts in their fields.
Dr Gray’s hand-picked staff (including his colleague, Dr Mo) are our most valuable asset. We work hard to look after our team, as they work hard to go the extra mile for our patients. Our culture and team spirit is central to our success. We like to do things differently, and better….
Dr Mo joined Re:Vision in 2018 as he was passionate about providing state of the art vision correction surgery to patients through a team-based approach. The clinic is proud of its patient centric philosophy and team-based care, and this has led to Re:Vision becoming a leading brand in the field of eye healthcare. Our We:Care attitude is the cornerstone of how we approach our patients and staff making Re:Vision a professional as well as fun place to work.
