What we are doing to ensure your health & safety:


You will receive a text message before your appointment, with screening health questions set by the Ministry of Health

Our Team will practise 1m social distancing rule where possible

The COVID Tracer app QR code is displayed at our reception desks for scanning

We have large Perspex screens at reception areas and testing stations for your safety

Our staff are very happy to wear personal protective equipment (surgical masks) upon your request

Our clinic is cleaned and disinfected frequently

Level 3 Process:

Please scan the QR code before entering the lift. Each patient at Re:Vision needs to be signed in or scanned in for contact tracing.

We are encouraging your support person to wait in your car to reduce the number of people in the building. You should still please bring your support person into the building with you if you need them to assist with mobility, hearing & understanding, or for cultural reasons. Please let us know if you would like your support person to attend with you so we can make them welcome.

We are placing hand sanitisers and masks at doorway entrances for each floor –please put these on as you enter.

A staff member will take your temperature upon entry.

We are continuously cleaning and sanitising all commonly used surfaces (door handles, desks, EFTPOS terminals and of course all clinical testing equipment) using hospital-grade surface wipes and will be offering disposable eco-friendly cups for tea and coffee. We sanitise all equipment and consulting rooms between every patient.

Clear Perspex protective shields have been installed on the necessary instruments and at reception desks, please stand behind the shield when interacting with staff.

Please maintain a 2 meter distance between yourself and other patients as well as staff where able.

Payments are best done prior to the day of your procedure, please pay online or call to make a payment over the phone.

Appointment times will be longer than normal to allow ample spacing between patients. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Our Team are dedicated to your health & safety, and will also continue to work diligently to see patients, arrange prescriptions, and where appropriate, offer Virtual E-Consultations. We will keep you updated on any changes to our practice as NZ’s COVID-19 situation continues to evolve.
